Very good location - around we can find supermarkets, fantastic restourant "Wok" (we recommend!), metro station and easy way to/from airport. Good apartment, clean, nice place for staying. Special thanks for owners for help in all!

Our short stay in Barcelona at Alex's apartment was perfect! This apartment is wonderful, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent with the metro at 5 minutes walk to the heart of the city, with many shops around, restaurants and cafes.The Airport bus stops within walking distance at "Urgel" very convenient and inexpensive round trip transfer. The neighborhood is safe people walking the streets very late at night. The lift can take only 2 people at time, and the stairs might not be suitable for elder people. We definitely recommend this place and the host Alex is a very nice person helpful and easy to reach at any time.

We loved staying at Alex and Irina's apartment that was very conveniently located on Comte De Urghell. The metro, groceries, cafes, Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya areas were a short walk away. Alex and Irina had everything in spotless condition and because it was warm they went out and bought us 2 fans to keep us cool in the bedrooms as soon as we asked. I would definitely recommend this place for guests visiting Barcelona...

Our stay in Barcelona and Alex's flat was perfect! The flat is wonderfull: spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the localisation is very good - the metro is near and all necessary shops are just around the corner. Plus the neighbourhood is safe at any time of day and night. We definitely recomend this place!

We stayed at the Alex in March and received great pleasure from the residence. Excellent apartment, very convenient location, 5 minutes to the subway station, many shops and restaurants, the most beautiful area. The apartment is renovated, everything new, everything necessary for comfortable living. Special thanks to the hosts, very friendly, open people who have considered all our wishes, told a lot of useful information about the city. We would like to come and will stop only at Alex and recommend to others.

Alex y Irina son una super pareja, muy simpatico y amable. Nos hicieron encontrar una casa limpia, ordenada y soleada. Los vecinos son super amables y de buen rollo.
